Team Lead - Recruiting and Business Development

Techaid is a specialized recruitment agency with over 55 years experience meeting customer technical staffing needs.

As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Recruiting and Business Development to provide leadership, motivation and direction to our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of staff, client communication and sales support when required;
• Recruit, select and train new consultants;
• Work with staff to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess clients’ staffing requirements;
• Ensure that operating procedures and policies are followed by all team members, make recommendations for improvements.

You offer:

• Minimum three years business development experience, including supervision;
• Customer service experience in business services B2B, (preferably recruiting or HR);
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, or recruiting in a technical environment is a major asset;
• A technology related diploma and/or certification is a definite plus.
