Agile recruitment
We are experts in technical recruitment. Techaid uses agile recruitment with a targetted and direct approach to qualified prospects identified in our own candidate database and through our extensive referral network to quickly respond to customer needs. Techaid can provide both permanent and temporary staffing solutions, depending on your needs.
Standard services
Standard services include determining recruitment specifications, searching and screening for qualified candidates, referring candidates for your review, coordinating interviews and negotiating offers, as well as criminal and reference checks (upon customer request).
Contingent and Retained search services are available.
Contingent search provides our standard services for free. A full placement fee is payable only when our referred candidate is hired by you.
Retained search is ideal for difficult searches ensuring your consultant is dedicated to finding the right candidate however long it takes. Retained search offers reduced fees but requires a retainer payable at the start of the search.
Payrolling Services
Payrolling services are available for when you have found your own staff, but do not want to place them on your own payroll.
We handle all fringe benefits and government contributions as prescribed by law: statutory holidays, vacation, paid sick leave, QPP, EI, FSS, CSST, CNT, RQAP, as well as Records of Employment (ROE), if needed, and end of year tax slips.
