Temporary Staffing SolutionsStandard services
Standard services include determining recruitment specifications, searching and screening for qualified candidates, referring candidates for your review, coordinating interviews and negotiating offers, as well as criminal and reference checks (upon customer request).
Contingent and Retained search services are available.
Contingent search provides our standard services for free. A full placement fee is payable only when our referred candidate is hired by you.
Retained search offers reduced fees but requires a retainer payable at the start of the search. It is ideal for serious searches ensuring your consultant is dedicated to finding the right candidate however long it takes
Our guarantee
If our original candidate leaves your employ for whatever reason, (other than lack of work or loss of contract), during the guarantee period, you will have your choice of either:
- a replacement candidate; OR
- a prorata refund amount based on the unexpired portion of the guarantee period.
All permanent placements come with a guarantee ranging from 18 to 26 weeks. Additional weeks of guarantee can be purchased for a fee.
