Production Supervisor

Our client, a manufacturer of plywood components, is looking for a Production Supervisor, (80% of time on the floor with your teams).

• Assign tasks, supervise and motivate employees, ensure their continuous training and evaluate their performance;
• Maintain SST standards, including regular inspections and incident prevention;
• Supervise daily operations, resolve conflicts, manage absences, and monitor key performance indicators;
• Participate in management meetings, work with key departments, and ensure smooth communication with the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of pertinent experience in industrial and manufacturing field;
• Experience supervising teams of 40 to 50 employees;
• Very good knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations;
• French.
