After Sales Service Manager

Our customer, a leader in the design and integration of solutions for the wood processing industry, is looking for an After Sales Service Manager.

• Plan schedules and coordinate material and manpower with stakeholders;
• Manage team of 4 to 5 techncians - hiring, training, evaluation and support;
• Organize and communicate tasks to be carried out to the appropriate teams;
• Monitor work, document progress and maintain communication with customers and internal teams;
• Coordinate problem-solving with the various departments in the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field;
• 3 or more years of experience in a similar position;
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Bilingual.
