Electrical Designer

Our client, a designer and manufacturer of custom automated machines for industry, is looking for an Electrical Designer.

• Design electrical diagrams (schemas) of machines for projects/contracts;
• Provide support or participate in testing of machines for projects/contracts;
• Provide technical support to other departments.

Requirements:

• DEC or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering;
• 3 to 5 years of expérience in electrical design in a simlilar role;
• Good knowledge of electrical control panel design;
• Excellent understanding of CSA22.2 and UL508A standards, (CSA Z432 is an asset);
• Knowledge in PLC programming;
• Proficient with electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical is an asset);
• French, functional English.
