Photocopier Technician

Our client, a well established service supplier, is looking for a Photocopier Technician for the Montreal area.

• Visit customer site and provide installation service of Kyocera equipment, network equipment and software on different operating systems (Microsoft and MAC);
• Provide repair and maintenance service for products and software;
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve customer issues;
• Perform demonstrations and training on products/software;
• Follow up with customers regarding current software or unit installations or any issues the customer is having regarding the product.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree and/or 2+ years of pertinent experience;
• Capable of installing/diagnosing network printers;
• Able to read/understand technical schemas and maintenance manuals;
• Computer knowledge and basic understanding of networks;
• Valid driver's license, able to travel to customer sites;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Able to lift 50 lbs;
• French.
