Techaid is a specialized recruitment agency with 60 years of experience meeting client staffing needs by providing permanent and temporary technical personnel.

We currently have an opening for a Staffing and Business Development Consultant, client service oriented, versatile and looking for a challenge. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who would like to build a dynamic career with a well established company. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process (360).

Business Development (60%) :
  • Daily telephone prospecting with new and existing clients to understand staffing needs and obtain job orders;
  • Identify, develop et retain your client base;
  • Develop and maintain your network of contacts (clients and candidates).
Recruiting (40%) :
  • Find and select the best candidates through your in depth understanding of your clients' needs;
  • Post job offers, conduct interviews over the phone and in person, perform reference checks, etc.;
  • Follow-up with customers and candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor, DEC or Certificate (industrial relations, HR, technical training or other);
  • 1 year or more experience in sales of services, (B2B is a major asset);
  • Ability to make cold calls; excellent phone presentation skills (fluent French and at least functional English);
  • Asset: Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, or recruiting, is a major asset;
We provide our own bank of 31,000 candidates, database of more than 6000 customers, training and support.
Permanent position (37.5 hours per week).
Base salary plus significant bonuses (no limit), fringe benefits, 3 weeks vacation (2 weeks + holiday shutdown), paid sick days and more.
