IT Support Specialist (Level 3)

Our client, a well established company providing a wide range of IT consulting solutions and services, is looking for an IT Solutions Specialist (Level 3). You will play a key role in managing and optimizing a variety of IT infrastructures, including servers, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

• Provide operational support for internal systems as well as client systems, both remotely and on-site (50% travel in Montreal);
• Work with various best of breed systems;
• Ensure monitoring of IT assets, including endpoints, servers and network components;
• Design, install, maintain, and configure components of network and wireless infrastructures, switches and firewalls;
• Manage specific projects within the required schedule;
• Participate in projects related to security, compliance, and cloud.

Requirements:

• DEC in Computer Science or a related field;
• 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, networking (DNS, DHCP, FTP), Active Directory (GPO, OU, groups), switches, routers, and firewalls;
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud computing
• Experience in customer management;
• Acces to a vehicle (50% travel in Montreal);
• French, English (technical documentation).
