Electronics Designer

Our client, a manufacturer of electronic, household, and electrical appliances, is seeking an electronics designer.

• Design and complete new product development projects: electrical diagrams, PCB design, embedded programming, enclosure design and preparation of internal and customer technical documentation;
• Research, select, validate and test the electronic components used in various projects;
• Program microcontrollers (Microchip PIC series) in C language to implement the required functionalities;
• Define, analyze and justify the selected electronic architectures, particularly for communications between modules and peripherals (UART, SPI, CAN Bus, etc.);
• Plan and manage the development of products;
• Participate in innovation and scientific research and experimental development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering;.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electronic design (schematics, PCBs and programming in C);
• Proficient in C language for embedded systems;
• Good knowledge of microcontrollers, (Microship PIC is an asset);
• Proficiency in electronic design software.
• Asset: knowledge of CAN Bus protocol;.
• French.
