Heating and AC Field Technician

Our client, an air conditioning and thermopump supplier, is looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning Technician to perform repairs and maintenance at their residential customer sites.

• Perform field service calls; troubleshoot and repair air conditioning and heating systems;
• Responsible for problem resolution, diagnostics and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment;
• Perform maintenance and inspect equipment as specified on work orders;
• Manage customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction and customer retention;
• Complete start-up reports, service reports, and critical readings;
• Ensure problem resolution in collaboration with the Service Manager;
• Responsible for company equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of pertinent experience in residential service;
• Valid driver's license
• Service vehicle provided;
• French.
