Intermediate Civil Engineer

Our client is a civil engineering firm specializing in urban/green infrastructure. They are looking for an Intermediate Civil Engineer.

• Take charge of projects: design, meetings with clients and the design team, budget estimating, prepare specifications and follow-up on calls for tender;
• Supervise or carry out partial supervision of work;
• Adhere to budgets and deadlines in accordance with established quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, member of OIQ;
• 5 to 10 years of experience with urban infrastructure construction regulations in Quebec and Montreal;
• Strong awareness of sustainable development and green infrastructure;
• Excellent knowledge of standard construction and maintenance practices (BNQ, MELCCFP, and MTQ);
• Good knowledge of urban hydraulics and hydrology;
• Excellent knowledge of PCSWMM;
• Have a valid driving licence;
• Available to travel 10 to 15% to sites in Greater Montreal;
• Remote work: 40% office;
• French.
