Instrumentation Technician

Our client, a manufacturer of measuring and control instruments, is looking for a Technologist.

• Install and commission measurement/control instruments and systems (at the workshop, at customer sites and outdoors);
• Program and configure equipment according to specifications;
• Prepare electrical diagrams and plans;
• Provide technical support to users and integrators;
• Assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot control panels.

Requirements:

• DEC or AEC in Engineering Technology, (industrial electronics, industrial maintenance);
• 3 years of experience in instrumentation, controls;
• Asset: Experience with AutoCAD;
• 30% travel primarily in the greater Montreal area (service vehicle available) and occasional travel to northern Quebec;
• French.
