Quality Coordinator

Our client, a global supplier of packaging and carton filling equipment, is looking for a Quality Coordinator, (50% travel).

• Provide technical support for anomalies reported by customers;
• Handle complaints and ensure effective communication between stakeholders;
• Diagnose and resolve quality issues;
• Perform laboratory tests to support complaint analysis;
• Act as a resource person for complaint management platforms;
• Monitor continuous quality improvement initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, HACCP, SQF);
• Apply analysis and problem-solving methods to identify causes and solutions;
• Visit customer sites to support clients with preventing and resolving claims at their facilities.

Requirements:

• DEC in Industrial Engineering, Process Technology or equivalent experience;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of ISO standards and hygiene standards (GMP, FDA);
• Proficient in MS Office, with an advanced level in MS Excel;
• Availability to travel 50% in Canada and the USA;
• Passport and driver's license required;
• Bilingual.
