Construction Estimator

Our client, a real estate company specializing in development, construction and management, is looking for a Construction Estimator.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on plans and specifications;
• Analyze bids, recommend and negotiate contracts;
• Develop and adjust estimates and schedules at each stage of the project;
• Set up cost and bid tracking systems;
• Maintain a directory of partners and evaluate their performance;
• Prepare progress reports and monitor budgets;
• Quantify required materials and monitor market prices;
• Analyze risks and adjust estimates accordingly;
• Conduct site visits to refine assessments.

Requirements:

• AEC in Building Estimating and Evaluation or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial and commercial sectors including offices and residential;
• Knowledge of the L'Estimateur général software;
• Valid driver's license;
• Bilingual.
