IT Field Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering repair service for Managed Print Services (MPS) and Document Management Services (MDS). You will work with partners such as HP, Zebra, Lexmark and others. 90% of the time on the road (80% in the Montreal region); car is provided by the company.
- Travel to customer sites to provide first level technical support;
- Change parts and repair various equipment;
- Ensure that customers' products work properly;
- Install new printers and multifunction devices at customers' site;
- Provide solutions to the various first and second level problems;
- Do research and analysis.
- DEP, DEC or AEC in IT management or a related field;
- 1 to 5 years experience in a similar position (IT support, electro-mechanics, etc.);
